Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries, resolving employee concerns with accuracy and care.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits data.
- Learn and assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Required: Proven experience in benefits administration.
- Preferred: Exposure to payroll processing (not required—training will be provided!).
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, FMLA, COBRA).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems (or willingness to learn).
